Product Care
Natural materials evolve with time, yet they exude a perpetual elegance.
The maturing of metal’s color and occasional scratches are common with normal wear. However, if you’d like to minimize the natural patina that develops on precious metals and gemstones over time, here are some specific care instructions for maintaining your jewelry close to its original condition.
General Care
- Maintain the shine: Gently polish metal parts with the provided silver polishing cloth after each wear
- Fabric: For fabric and non-metal components, wipe with a soft damp cloth when necessary. Please do NOT soak in water.
Cautious
- Avoid contact with water, perfume and other chemicals. Some cleaning and cosmetics products might contain chemicals that can oxidize sterling silver, turning it black.
- Avoid direct sunlight and rough surfaces.
- Store your jewelry in an airtight bag or container when not wear
Please also be noted that due to the handmade nature of our jewelry, individual variations may occur. This is especially true for filigree pendants with distinct stitches and fraying.
